On February 8, 2024, Inspira conducted a training and demo survey session for enumerators as part of the USAID Bijoyee Activity’s Youth Labor Market Assessment project in collaboration with CARE Bangladesh. The session provided participants with insights into the project’s objectives, geographic scope, and data collection methodologies. Enumerators received comprehensive training on utilizing various tools for effective data collection.

The training was to ensure that the enumerators were adept at collecting data from the five economic development hubs reaching 17 districts with direct interventions that was a requriement of the project. The training discussed the key growth sectors of the project, question patterns and different soft skills for youths. The data collection techniques both qualitative and quantitative approaches which were key talking points of the training. The quantitative data will be collected through electronic data collection tools such as KooToolbox, ONA, etc. The training provided a demo use of these tools and how to use these sophisticated tools to the enumerators.
