Samira Zuberi Himika

Samira Zuberi Himika is the Chairman, Senior Partner of Inspira. She is the Director of BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services), the apex trade body of the IT industry. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she was Deputy Head of Communications and marketing of BBC Media Action, lead campaigns of UNDP as Communications officer. She has also mentored young entrepreneurs/startups in Malaysia, Brunei, India, USA, Hong Kong, Japan and of course Bangladesh. She was leading the Communications & Marketing team of BBC World Service Trust and also served as Communications & Development expert in UNDP. Samira is also Managing Director of GIGA TECH (Technology Company), Founder & Managing Director of TEAM ENGINE (social good company), Partner at TRINITY TECH (Cyber Security Company).
