Moniruzzaman Nayan

Md. Moniruzzaman Nayan is a researcher and analyst who has been working in the development sector from the very beginning of his career. Currently working as a senior associate in Inspira,  he has served clients across corporate and development uprights about conducting business research, social research, and crafting private sector intervention projects. His key areas of interest are social research, business research, program feasibility analysis, program monitoring, and evaluation. He has been working on gender-based violence, child marriage, SRHR, child protection, and education to ensure underprivileged people’s participation in facilitating policy dialogues and advocacy for the improvement of their socio-economic development. He has worked for clients including Ain O Salish Kendra (ASK), Teach for Bangladesh (TFB) and Plan International Bangladesh (PIB), and BRAC. 

Moniruzzaman Nayan completed his BS and MS from the Institute of Nutrition and Food Science, University of Dhaka with distinctive coursework on research methodology. He has been awarded the National Science and Technology Fellowship 2020-21 under the Ministry of Science and Technology for his MS Research. He has demonstrated research skills and knowledge translation expertise through article publications. He has already published four research articles and some others are underway. He has extensive knowledge of both Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methodology and has first-hand experience in analyzing and evaluating research and interpreting data using a range of analysis packages (SPSS, STATA, KoBo Toolbox).
