Jannat E Jahan has completed her graduation from University of Dhaka with a major in Marketing. Currently, sheâs working at Inspira as an Associate. She has been contributing regularly to the business development team through writing proposals for NGOs/INGOs focusing on development sector projects (education, WASH, capacity building, donor mapping, women empowerment, financial inclusion, minority group study, SRHR, etc). She has been contributing to private sector proposal development for industry-level studies as well. She has been part of a baseline evaluation project where she has developed the final report with the core team. Currently, sheâs working on a donor proposal-related project which is focused on local NGOs’ capacity and skillset in donor proposal writing.
She has a strong interest in social research works, specifically financial inclusion, women empowerment, economic empowerment of minorities and vulnerable, and social inclusion. She has experience of working in Business Process Analysis (BPA), different evaluation tools (Ex-Ante, Post-Ante, etc.), gap analysis, etc. Her skillset includes report and research-related writing, secondary research and methodology development, and data representation. She has a strong interest in merging business and social interventions to include in her skillset.
