Field visit for CARE’s “Youth Labor Assessment” project

The recent field visit of the project “Youth Labor Market Assessment”, in collaboration with CARE Bangladesh was conducted by the field team of Inspira, led by portfolio manager Md. Naushad Alam, along with senior associate Nayem Siddik and Sumaiya Siddique. They gathered insights by identifying the demand for soft skills in sectors with high employment potential. They conducted primary findings in five geographic hubs overlapping with key economic development zones – Dhaka North, Dhaka South, Chattogram, Khulna, and Rangpur.

The aim of the project is to achieve more effective, sustainable development that is locally-led and inclusive of Bangladeshi youth. Specifically, women and socially excluded young people are targeted as core participants and decision-makers.
