Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bangladesh are swiftly embracing digital tools and platforms to uphold their business operations, but their comprehension regarding cybersecurity threats remains restricted. To tackle this, Inspira executed an evaluation to assess the state of KAP (Knowledge, Attitude & Practice) of the target MSMEs regarding cybersecurity measures in the digital platform. The evaluation involved a mixed-method study design merging quantitative data collection and qualitative insights from focus group discussions and key informant interviews. The findings from the evaluation enlightened a campaign strategy to reinforce the cybersecurity management practices of Bangladeshi MSME owners and enhance their personal and business-related digital hygiene.
