Tanjin Ahsan has been actively engaged in social and business research since 2016, with a strong academic background in criminology (BSS, MSS, University of Dhaka) and business (MBA in Marketing, Bangladesh University of Professionals). Her research focuses on critical areas such as women and youth empowerment, consumer behavior, human resource policies, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), labor rights, occupational safety, white-collar crime, child right, well-being and protection, gender-based violence (GBV), cybercrime, terrorism, and relevant legal frameworks in Bangladesh. She has worked on issues such as gender equality and social inclusion (GESI), climate change adaptation and migration, WASH, child rights and wellbeing, SRHR, workplace violence prevention, and labor rights with leading national and international organizations including the International Finance Corporation (IFC), The Asia Foundation, U.S. Department of State (Bureau of Counterterrorism), CARE Bangladesh, PLAN International Bangladesh, and Educo Bangladesh.
