Fariha Yeasmin Irin is a dedicated professional with a solid academic foundation, having graduated from BRAC University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, double majoring in Human Resource Management and Finance and Banking. She currently excels in her role as an Associate at Inspira, where she contributes significantly to the business development department by drafting proposals for NGOs and INGOs across various development sectors, including socio-economic projects, gender initiatives, capacity development, market assessments, and business strategies. Her proficiency in report and research writing, secondary research, and methodology development has been instrumental in the success of numerous consulting projects. Fariha’s journey at Inspira began as an intern, where she played a crucial role in business proposal development, eventually advancing to a research assistant position where she expertly managed project activities such as questionnaire development, training and monitoring enumerators, and effective stakeholder communication.
Fariha’s experience in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector is particularly noteworthy. As an Associate, she has contributed to several key projects focused on labor market assessment, gender dynamics, WASH sectoral reviews, and renewable energy sectoral research, all within the context of the RMG industry. Her work in developing modules for futuristic career enhancement for women garment workers highlights her commitment to empowering female workers and promoting sustainable development within this critical sector.
