Sumaiya Siddique is a dynamic development professional with expertise in climate resilience, gender and disability inclusion, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and humanitarian response. Currently serving as a Research Associate at Inspira Advisory and Consulting Limited, her work spans evaluation studies, impact assessments, strategic donor mapping, and other verticals of social research—particularly in vulnerable and climate-sensitive regions of Bangladesh.

With a strong academic foundation in Geography and Environment from the University of Dhaka (MS, BS), Sumaiya is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design, participatory research approaches and data analysis. She is a recipient of several academic honors, including the Dean’s Award from the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences, University of Dhaka, and the National Science and Technology Fellowship for her master’s thesis.

Sumaiya has contributed to research and evaluation efforts with leading development organizations such as Oxfam, CARE Bangladesh, Plan International Bangladesh, World Vision, and Handicap International, supporting evidence-based programming across climate, gender, and humanitarian sectors.
