Her research focuses on critical areas such as women and youth empowerment, consumer behavior, human resource policies, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), labor rights, occupational safety, white-collar crime, child right, well-being and protection, gender-based violence (GBV), cybercrime, terrorism, and relevant legal frameworks in Bangladesh.
